I love a latte. And this is a classic, must know, warm and cozy latte that you wanna make on lazy weekends.
The honey is the sweetener that provides more health benefits than just processed white sugar. Honey contains antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals. And honey doesn’t spike your blood sugar as much as processed sugar.
I usually make mine with 2% milk and a little Chobani creamer. This makes the steamed milk nice and thick and frothy.
Then add a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg on top. And, honey, this latte is better than the $7 ones you have to leave the house for.

For the latte you need about:
3/4 c 2% milk
1 Tbsp Vanilla Creamer
1 Tbsp honey
1 shot of espresso
Sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg
I usually put the honey at the bottom of my mug. Then pour the shot of espresso in. Combine the milk and creamer, steam. Pour the steamed milk and creamer combo into the mug. Make latte art of you know how… I’m not quite there yet. Then sprinkle a bit of cinnamon or nutmeg on top. And enjoy!
